B2K's healthcare practice is anchored in a decade-long heritage as the largest vendor to Nuance Communications (now a Microsoft company) between 2008 and 2017 — a medical-transcription operation that ran at one of the largest scales in the region and built the operating discipline that carries through everything we do today.

Four healthcare service lines now operate under that same standard: medical transcription, AAPC-certified medical coding, end-to-end revenue cycle management, and a specialised hospital accounts-payable invoice validation practice supporting OCR-driven payment workflows. All ring-fenced per client, HIPAA-aligned, audit-ready.
