An experienced, detail-oriented graphic design operator with strong command of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, joining our production team to create, edit, format, and maintain high-quality layouts for books, publishing materials, brochures, manuals, and multilingual projects. You’ll keep layout integrity and visual consistency intact — text flow, alignment, spacing, image placement, and fonts — prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, follow client style guides and templates, and coordinate with project managers, content, and QA teams to hit deadlines across several projects at once.

What we look forStrong hands-on experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; a solid grasp of layout design, typography, and formatting standards; knowledge of print production, pre-press, and colour management; and familiarity with PDF, EPS, AI, JPG, PNG, and TIFF formats. Any graduate. Experience in publishing, printing, graphic design, or localisation is preferred — and knowledge of multilingual typesetting / right-to-left (RTL) handling, or tools such as Acrobat, After Effects, or FrameMaker, is an added advantage.

The bridge between our freelance developers and the production team. You translate operational requirements into developer tasks, test every tool before it reaches production, train operators on the output, and track development hours against budget. This is the most important hire of our first six months on the platform build.

Background we look for1–3 years in technology support, QA, or operations coordination. Familiarity with document production — DTP, publishing, eLearning, or BPO-technology — is a significant advantage. You do not need to write code. You need to read tool output, run tests, spot problems, and communicate clearly in both directions.

Run daily outreach to our target buyers — LinkedIn DMs, follow-up calls, email replies, discovery-call scheduling. You work to a defined script and pipeline tracker built on our agentic outreach platform. The role pairs you with senior leadership for the first 60 days, then you run independently.

What you bringStrong written English, comfortable on the phone, organised under volume, willing to learn an AI-augmented sales workflow. Prior B2B sales or BPO sales experience helps but is not required — we hire on potential and train on process.

You keep the outreach engine running. That means managing our data-collection runs, keeping contact lists clean, monitoring email deliverability, tracking Google Ads performance weekly, and flagging anything that is underperforming before it costs us. A hands-on role with direct impact on pipeline volume.

What you bringComfort with marketing tools like Apollo, Instantly, Apify (or willingness to learn fast). Spreadsheet fluency. Attention to detail on data hygiene. Ability to work independently and report weekly.

Own all pharma and regulatory document projects from client brief to delivery. You manage the specialist freelance editors, sign off quality, coordinate with the agentic pre-flight tools, and serve as the named senior point of contact for the client's medical-affairs or regulatory team.

Background we look forHands-on experience in regulatory document production — patient information leaflets, clinical study reports, product summaries, eCTD modules. Working knowledge of what EMA, FDA, and ICH require in terms of formatting and submission structure. Senior enough to push back on unrealistic client expectations and propose better.

Run our online course production projects end to end. Manage course developers, coordinate voiceover in multiple languages, drive QA through our agentic course-quality checker, and deliver into the client's learning management system. You own scope, schedule, and quality from kickoff to launch.

Background we look forHands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise — not just from a project-management distance, but as someone who has personally built and shipped courses. Delivered multilingual content before. Comfortable with LMS integration (SCORM, xAPI). Calm under client revision cycles.

Review every automated tool output before it reaches a client. Sign off technical accuracy on pre-flight reports, font and layout checks, accessibility scans, and style-consistency outputs. You are the senior practitioner who tells the agent when it is right and tells the operator when it is not.

Background we look forSenior InDesign operator or DTP supervisor. Deep understanding of fonts, layout, file formats, colour management, and compliance requirements for regulated content. The kind of person who can spot a missed kashida or a wrong baseline grid without needing to be told to look.

Review AI-annotated datasets and terminology before delivery to data clients. Run sampled quality checks on structured data, validate annotation guidelines are being followed, and feed back into the annotation team and the AI scoring tool.

Background we look forLinguistics, translation, or data annotation background. Has quality-checked structured data professionally before. Comfortable defining a sampling protocol and standing behind it.

Format patient information leaflets, drug registration files, clinical study reports, and regulatory submissions to exact specification. You work on a per-project basis, briefed by the Pharma Document Project Manager and supported by our agentic pre-flight reports so you never start work on a file that has not been pre-checked.

What you bringHands-on InDesign or FrameMaker. Demonstrable pharma DTP experience — PILs, CSRs, SmPCs, or eCTD module work. Every new specialist completes a paid test project before joining the network.

Produce documents in Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and complex European scripts where specialised font and layout knowledge is required. Our agentic font-compatibility and layout-space tools flag the risks before translation; you handle the layout craft on the other side.

What you bringInDesign ME or FrameMaker with strong RTL handling. Familiarity with kashida, tatweel, bidirectional text, CJK typesetting conventions, or Devanagari/Tamil/Telugu layout. Portfolio of multilingual work.

Review translated medical text for terminology accuracy, regulatory English style, and consistency with agency-specific conventions. You are the senior review layer between the translator and the project manager — the one who catches what the spellchecker cannot.

What you bringPharma or medical editing background. Working knowledge of EMA and FDA terminology conventions. Comfortable working to agreed style guides under regulatory time pressure.

Build interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise. You work from briefs prepared by our eLearning Project Manager, including voiceover scripts, interactivity specifications, and assessment design. Course quality is checked by our agentic LMS-quality tool before client delivery.

What you bringDemonstrable Storyline or Rise portfolio. Comfort with multimedia integration — audio, video, interactive elements. Experience testing in LMS environments (Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo, SuccessFactors).

Certify that digital documents meet accessibility standards for people with visual impairments. You review the output of our agentic accessibility checker, validate the draft alt-text suggestions, sign off heading structure and reading order, and produce the certification clients use for European Accessibility Act compliance.

What you bringWCAG 2.1 or 2.2 working knowledge. Experience with accessibility-checking tools (axe, PAC, NVDA, JAWS). Ideally certification (IAAP CPACC or WAS). Comfortable signing off compliance documentation.

Label, classify, and quality-check datasets for AI training and terminology projects. Working on structured language data, terminology databases, and document-based information — the kind of work where a careful eye matters more than volume.

What you bringDetail orientation. Prior data labelling or terminology management experience. Fluency in any non-English language is a significant plus — we run multilingual annotation projects routinely.
